Bird animation so far

This is the flying bird so-far. It doesn't have wings yet and the frame rate is much slower than the animation will be eventually

Next Project

This is one of the deliverable's for school. We have to animate a bird in flight. So i decided, since we can use any bird, to animate a Dr. Seuss bird. Lazy Mayzie. I don't know from which story this bird is, but it looks fun. And it is loads of fun to animate.

She first appeared in the story "Horton hatches the egg" where she persuaded Horton the elephant to hatch her egg for her. She later appeared in the musical Seussical on Broadway.

Something that I was inspired to do.

Here is a character I made. It is inspired by a song from the band Plaid. 
I had an idea in my head for a ages to a make character walk towards the camera while a song is playing. I think I'm gonna use this character. Gotta love cell shading.


So I decided to make him 3d!
He doesn't have hands and feet. I think I'm gonna keep it that way.

3D modeling and more...

3D Modeling:

 I'm working on a 3D Model of a futuristic Bus. This is going to be an animation where a character jumps out of a moving bus. I'm experiencing some difficulties with the breaking glass at the moment. So that is a work in progress.

here is the breaking glass I'm working on. Currently it just falls and it doesn't move with the bus itself.. So that is something I'll have to work out.

This is the first Frame of the glass breaking animation. It doesn't have any materials applied to it yet. Another problem with the shards is that for some reason there are some random shards that are thicker than the rest of them. I looked it up on the forums but it seems to be a recurring problem within the fracture add-on I'm using.

This is one where it doesn't have those weird thicker shards. I gave the plane a thickness of 0.1 and set the max scale of the shards to not have a thickness of more than 0.1. This version also has the materials applied.
